Please read carefully the following Terms and Conditions before your Participation ( General Terms ) , which regulate the responsibilities and obligations of the Client (the traveler ) who participated in a package ( package travel transport services and at least one night ) and the Travel agent Trigilidas travel & Holidays ( hereinafter the Company) , which sells package holidays , which has organized the same or another travel agent.The Traveler , members of his family, companions and participants , through companies , clubs , schools or other entities, covered by this economical and authorized me to enter into their package, their participation in the trip of the Company Trigilidas travel & Holidays, accept , automatically and unconditionally , the program package and the following General Terms , complying with P.D. 339/1996, which studied carefully , understood and undertake to abide by.

1.TOUR OPERATOR ORGANIZER-TOURIST OFFICE
Our Company Trigilidas travel & Holidays is a member of the Hellenic Association of Travel and Tourist Agencies , and has received Special Lisense Operation through Greek Travel Organisation(EOT).Our company organizes trips , either alone or in cooperation with other travel agents, which sells or offers to sell itself or through another travel agency and operates as an intermediary between the customer / traveler and the various service providers use to organize trips ( transport companies , airlines, hotels , travel agencies n . 2.PARTICIPATION IN ORGANISED TRIPS

3.TIMES TRAVEL - CHARGES etc

4.OBLIGATIONS-RESPONSIBILITIES OF TRAVEL AGENT ( FIRM )

5.OBLIGATIONS - RESPONSIBILITIES OF TRAVELLERS

7.HOTELS - ACCOMMODATION / SHIPS AND OTHER TRANSPORTATION

8.PASSPORTS , VISAS (VISA) & HYGIENE FORMULATIONS

9.INSURANCE

10.LUGGAGE

11.CANCELLATIONS

12.LITIGATION-DISPUTES
The contract between the Company Trigilidas travel & Holidays and Traveller governed by Greek law . The Company and the Traveler undertake to resolve in good faith any dispute that may arise during the execution of the contract for the package . In case of failure of those efforts , the Parties undertake to contact the Dispute Resolution Committee of HATTA and request mediation of HATTA. If amicable settlement is not allow then the Courts of Kalamata are responsible to solve the differences.
